We believe in keeping with progressive trends which breathe aspiration into the changing appeal of life as we know it

The saturation of cities has led to the development of township constructions. The concept of Green Building encourages townships wherein residential, office, commercial and leisure areas are combined to minimise travel thereby reducing fuel consumption and carbon foot print. CEC’s vast experience in the field of building engineering services has made us committed to the cause of reducing carbon footprints.

CEC is involved in designing sustainable townships in UAE as well as India and has been efficiently developing services to reduce energy consumption and maximize use of renewable energy sources. Our design is deeply rooted in the understanding of the capacity and imperatives of a township that will not only be home to individuals but also to various commercial, retail, luxury, hospitality and educational spaces.

Through appropriate design of services, initial costs and operating costs are brought down. Similarly, maintenance costs are also reduced, benefiting the developer and end user in all respects.
