  • Office Building for ENOC, Dubai.

    Air conditioning and ventilation system, drainage, water supply, fire protection, lighting, fire alarm, power, BMS, telecommunication, ELV system i.e. Audio Intercom and SMATV system

    About the project:
    "Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) is wholly owned entity of Dubai Government established in 1993 to primarily focus upstream and downstream activities in oil sector. However, over the years ENOC has diversified in several high growth business sectors with international joint ventures and is handling aviation fuel marketing, lubricants blending, information technology and retails in Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.

    ENOC and EPPCO have their headquarters located in prime area of Oud Metha in Dubai with a complex having three buildings. The buildings were constructed in 1993.

    M/s ENOC decided to refurbish entire building ENOC III in 2009 and CEC was given responsibility to redesign complete building with new and updated technology of services and interiors to enhance building life by fifteen more years.

    CEC completely redesigned the interiors and services and implemented new design to the satisfaction of the client in two years.

    CEC is further associated with ENOC on various feasibilities and retail projects."

    About the project:
    Lulu is a supermarket, hypermarket and departmental chain operating in GCC region with more than 100 stores. Lulu has established as a brand and has expended their operations in various countries

    CEC is involved in design development for upcoming Lulu Mall in Sharjah which consists of Hypermarket, Departmental Stores, Cineplex, Entertainment Area, Food Courts, Anchor and Retail Shops etc.

    CEC is coordinating and developing designs considering Client requirements and has implemented cost effective designs such as provision of HV Chillers, BMS Systems, Energy Efficient Lighting in the project.

    The project also has two large basements utilize for car park and services distribution.

    About the project:
    M/s Reliance has entered in to retail sector and has launched first set of Hypermarkets in 2013. CEC was involved in designing the supermarkets in Baroda and Bathinda.

    The Hypermarkets consists of basement car park, Hypermarket, Retail Shops, Food Courts, Multiplex etc. CEC has evaluated various cost analysis and provided Efficient Air Conditioning Systems, Rain Water Harvesting Heat Recovery Systems, Bore wells successfully. The mall has been operational since 2014.
